Danalytic Platform Beta Participation Terms

1. What this is

You have been invited to test a pre-release version of the Danalytic capital readiness platform operated by Danalytic Pty Ltd (ABN 76 643 168 969) ("Danalytic", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the platform during the beta, you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

These terms apply for the beta period only. Public release will be governed by separate terms, which you will be asked to accept before any paid use.

2. No fee

Beta access is provided free of charge. No payment is required and none is taken. Access granted during the beta does not entitle you to the paid product, to any discount, or to continued access after the beta ends.

3. Beta period

The beta runs for 30 days from the date of your invitation, unless we extend it or close it earlier. We will tell you before access ends.

4. Pre-release status

The platform is incomplete and under active development. You should expect:

• Features that change, move, or are withdrawn without notice
• Errors, interruptions, and periods of unavailability
• Calculations, scores, benchmarks, and written commentary that are still being calibrated
• Data you enter being reset, migrated, or lost as we make changes

We may reset test data at any time during the beta. Keep your own copy of anything you would not want to re-enter.

5. Do not rely on beta outputs

This is the most important term in this document.

Outputs produced during the beta — including readiness scores, debt capacity estimates, valuation ranges, transaction readiness assessments, and written commentary — are unverified and are provided for testing purposes only.

Do not act on them. Do not provide them to a lender, investor, buyer, accountant, or any other third party as a representation of your business.

If you are approaching a real capital event, obtain advice from a qualified professional. Nothing produced during the beta should form part of that process.

6. Nature of the platform

The platform is an information and analysis tool. It does not provide financial product advice, credit assistance, accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice. Danalytic does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence, a credit licence, or tax agent registration.

Any valuation range the platform produces is an indicative estimate generated from the information you enter. It is not a valuation report, not the opinion of a qualified valuer, and is not prepared for statutory, taxation, financial reporting, or transaction purposes.

Nothing the platform produces takes account of your circumstances beyond the information you enter.

7. Your data

You may enter real financial information for your business. Doing so produces more useful testing, and we would prefer it. Before you do, read clause 4 — this is a pre-release environment and data may be reset or lost.

Information you enter is handled in accordance with the Danalytic Platform Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, your information is stored on infrastructure located in South Korea, and information used to generate written commentary is transmitted to Anthropic in the United States for that purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. You confirm you are entitled to provide any information you enter about your business.

8. Confidentiality

During the beta you may see features, modules, pricing, methodology, scoring approaches, and materials that are not publicly released.

You agree to keep that information confidential and not to disclose it, publish it, or use it other than to participate in the beta. This obligation continues after the beta ends and until the relevant information becomes public through no fault of yours.

This clause does not restrict you from discussing your participation, or from disclosing information where required by law.

9. Feedback

We are asking you to test the platform because we want your view of it.

Any feedback, suggestion, bug report, or comment you give us may be used by us without restriction, without obligation to you, and without compensation. You do not acquire any interest in the platform by providing feedback, and we do not acquire any interest in your business information by receiving it.

You are under no obligation to provide feedback.

10. Testimonials, name and logo

We will not use your name, your company name, your logo, or your feedback in marketing unless you separately and expressly agree to it at the time.

If you choose to provide a testimonial, we will ask for that consent then, in writing. Providing a testimonial is voluntary and is not a condition of beta access.

11. Access

We may suspend or withdraw your access at any time, and access ends when the beta closes. Before access ends we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export or record anything you wish to keep.

You may stop participating at any time by telling us.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided during the beta without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or availability.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta platform, including any decision made in reliance on beta outputs, and including loss of data.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes

We may update these terms during the beta. Material changes will be notified by email or through the platform.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
